For some severe applications, the medium contains gas and solids with high temperature and high pressure, agressive high temperature and abrasion is a big challenge for valves. High performance solid tungsten carbide and silicone nitride have high hardness, excellent thermal shock resistance, and good mechanical properties.
Foyo introduced solid tugnsten carbide and silicone nitride to our ceramic ball valves for high temperature and high pressure applications, and it has been proved that no other materials have better high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance than solid tungsten carbide and silicone nitride materials.
